Face waxing usually keeps skin smooth for two to three weeks, depending on your own hair growth cycle.
We wax the upper lip, chin and sides of the face, and we also offer a full face wax. You can book individual areas or the full face.
About a quarter of an inch, roughly the size of a grain of rice. For facial hair that is usually around two weeks of growth. If the hair is too short the wax cannot grip it properly, so it is worth waiting.
Please tell us before you book. Retinol, tretinoin and similar retinoids thin the surface of the skin and can cause it to lift with the wax, so stop using them on the area for at least seven days beforehand. If you are taking isotretinoin (Accutane) we are not able to wax you, and the standard guidance is to wait six months after finishing the course. Check with your doctor if you are unsure.
Yes, for individual areas such as the upper lip, chin and sides of the face. We do not offer full face waxing for men.
